In the test sample provided, the featureclass that fails "join_gemeinden" has 19 records and the join table has 18 records. OBJECTID 19 is present only in the featureclass. When creating the join in ArcMap, click on the advanced option button and select "Keep only matching records" and save the mxd. This will ensure correct results are returned for selection based on the buffer.重现步骤
