漏洞
GeoJSON files exported from the built-in exporter in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Hub follow the 2008 version of the GeoJSON specification and are not fully compliant with the latest specification, which is causing issues when the files are opened in third party software.

The submitter has enabled the'"hosted download' feature within ArcGIS Hub, which allows hosted services to create downloadable files using the service's createReplica operation. This issue is not reproducible when downloading through createReplica.解决办法
Migrate services to hosted services which will use createReplica operation to create download files. createReplica does not have this problem.重现步骤
