The development team has confirmed that the 7-digit postal codes are currently not available in the SMP locator for Portugal or in the ArcGIS Geocoding service. The development team will investigate reference data to use in a future release.解决办法
Revert to using ArcGIS StreetMap Premium 2023 Release 1 until the defect in ArcGIS StreetMap Premium 2025.1 is addressed.
