The cause for this issue is a malformed OutputSpatialReference input which means a mismatch between ProjectedCoordinateSystem or GeographicCoordinateSystem and the provided WKID and is not handled gracefully by the Geocoding Service.

A workaround for this issue is to ensure that the OutputSpatialReference in the SOAP request is valid:

• Use ProjectedCoordinateSystem only with projected WKIDs such as 25832 – ETRS89 or UTM zone 32N.
• Use GeographicCoordinateSystem only with geographic WKIDs such as 4326 – WGS 84.
