Geocode service fails to honor Selection Criteria when using the SingleLine inputs to Find Address Candidates from the REST endpoint.

Selection criteria is not supported with SingleLine searches 'Selection criteria are used when a table of addresses is geocoded. They do not apply when finding addresses in a single-line input in ArcMap.' Selection criteria is supported only when using the multiline input (Address, City, Region, Postal, etc....) not when using the SingleLine field. Region values should be built directly into the locator and also passed in as part of the input string such as 'Orange CA' or 'Orange FL' to eliminate ambiguity. It is also recommended to create a multirole locator instead of separate locators and putting them into a composite. Multirole locators have better performance and match quality as compared to composite locators.重现步骤
