For web applications shared to another ArcGIS Online organization via a partnered collaboration, the URL redirects to the domain of the host organization when launched from an item gallery on the ArcGIS Online organization Home page.

This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.解决办法
- Create custom web mapping applications (via Content > New Item > Application) pointing to the respective URL of the shared applications. On the Content tab of ArcGIS Online, click '+ New item' and click Application.
- Display these applications in the Item Gallery.
