Following the June 2025 update to ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App, an ArcGIS Online group with 'Who can contribute content' set to 'Group owners and managers' does not show in the list of options when sharing custom infographic templates from within the Build Infographics or Run Infographics interface, even for a group owner or admin.
