解决办法
Delete the problematic database from the ArcGIS Pro database.
Under 'Databases', right-click and select 'Add Database'.
Navigate to the following location: C:\Users\<user_name>\Documents\ArcGIS\Projects\<project_name>
Select the problematic database and select OK.
Click on the database now, there is no red exclamation mark.
