File geodatabase items owned by esri_opendata is created when "Allow others to export to different formats" is enabled but is not removed when disabled.

We won't be addressing this as a bug-fix, but it would be a valid enhancement request. Suggested workaround is to manually delete the file geodatabase items when disabling "Allow others to export to different formats" for items.重现步骤
