Feature-linked annotations for a line feature class in a utility network do not maintain their given display string and set position after the line feature has been modified.

The expression used for this feature-linked annotation is the ObjectID field. This is the reason the annotation changes to 2 when the base feature is modified. It is changing it to the value of the ObjectID.解决办法
When unchecking the annotation updated when the related feature’s shape is modified boxes when creating the annotation layer, the text does not change and the label does not move. This is not desirable for features with many annotations, as they need to be moved manually.
