DBMS-level foreign keys on geodatabase tables are not created, used or managed by ArcGIS software. The user is responsible for removing these prior to operations like dropping a table. Oracle & SQL Server will not automatically drop dependencies either - they must be removed before dropping the tables.重现步骤
