This form of authentication through the GIS object is not supported.解决办法
Add 'use_gen_token=True' as an optional parameter to the GIS object. This can force the script to use the token-based authentication instead of OAuth: Refer to the Esri Community post Does disabling 'ArcGIS login' prevent Python from using built-in accounts?.
