漏洞
Fail to register with a geodatabase a spatial table in SDO_GEOMETRY or a spatial view if a login contains the $ character like gen$env and returns the error: "Only the data owner may execute register with geodatabase."

Do not use a username containing the '$' character.
An example for a bad username is: gen$env1
An example for a good username is: genenv1
