解决办法

Export statistics through the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory:

Access the ArcGIS Server Administration Directory at: https://machinename.domain.com:6443/webadaptorname/admin/ and log in with administrator credentials.
In the Resources group, click usagereports > 1513342964872.
Click on Data > Generate Report (Format: CSV). This generates the same report as ArcGIS Server Manager.
