Exporting filtered or selected records to a file geodatabase from the Survey123 for ArcGIS website exports all related records instead of honoring the filter or selection.

1. Download the hosted feature service as a file geodatabase.
2. Use the Extract Data wizard in ArcGIS Desktop to export selected features with related records that honor the selection. For more information, click this link.
