Export metadata to ISO 19139 format: when an item's metadata includes information describing the values in a raster band or data quality results and units of measure have been specified, the unique value that is calculated and recorded in the gml:id attribute can't be a GUID. GUIDs sometime begin with a number, causing the resulting file to be invalid.
