Encryption method drop-down is missing in the Configure Email Settings window in ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1.

解决办法

Modify the configuration email settings in the .env file (see workaround.png).

1. Stop ArcGIS Monitor service in Windows Services.
2. Navigate to the .env file in C:\Users\<ArcGIS_Monitor_account_username>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISMonitor\config-store-server.
3. Browse SMTP_ENCRYPTION_METHOD" and modify the method.
4. Start ArcGIS Monitor service.
5. The changes are reflected in ArcGIS Monitor.
