Enabling the ‘Show Values Out of Range’ option in symbology causes other values that are in range to be symbolized as 'out of range' when the layer is published to ArcGIS Online.

The Graduated Colors symbology is designed to draw quantitative data. In this workflow, the field used to symbolize these values is text-based (qualitative). The Graduated Colors documentation for ArcGIS Pro states that 'although an expression is valid, it may not return a valid numeric value.' In these situations, use Arcade expressions to convert to numeric values to avoid issues with quantitative symbolization.解决办法
- Surround the Arcade expression with the Number() function to parse numeric values and show string values as 'Out of Range'.
- Use Map Viewer.
