Enabling in Portal Map Image Item custom SOI with implemented error message gets "Error while updating item, and edit operation will be reverted." If disableCaching=true is not set for Map Service, rollback (revert) does not take place. SOI is still enabled in ArcGIS Server Manager, and the service has the status :stopping.
