Spatial ETL Tools use the geoprocessing thread. Since an ETL tool is a custom tool, the tool should use the main thread instead. For the ArcGIS Pro 3.1 release, the issue is fixed for ArcGIS Pro map projects for ETL tools with embedded workspaces. The bug still exists for ArcGIS Pro catalog projects with ETL tools containing embedded workspaces.

解决办法

Spatial ETL tools with embedded FME Workspace files (.fmw) only work with ArcGIS Pro map projects. Embed workspaces in ETL tools only when a map is opened.
