.000 is not a format that ArcGIS Pro natively supports and recognizes without DataInterop extension. That is why arcpy.ListFeatureClasses does not return the files. Python's os.listdir and os.walk can be use to discover these files. There is a number of ways to convert these files to geodatabase with ArcGIS Pro 1. Data Interop by SafeSoftware. 2.
