解决办法

Refer to the following steps to preserve the editor tracking values in the output parcel fabric layers:

  1. Create a new file geodatabase, feature dataset, parcel fabric, and parcel type (the names must match the parcel type in the original parcel fabric).
  2. In the Catalog pane, right-click the new feature dataset > Manage > Disable Editor Tracking.
  3. In the Catalog pane, right-click the original feature dataset > Disable Editor Tracking.
  4. In the map that contains the original parcel fabric, select a subset of polygons if necessary.
  5. Open the Append Parcels tool. For 'Input Parcel Fabric', specify the original parcel fabric.
  6. For 'Target Parcel Fabric', use the 'Browse folder' icon to specify the new and empty parcel fabric.
  7. Click 'Run'.
  8. Add the new parcel fabric to a new map and open the attribute table of one of the parcel fabric layers. The editor tracking values are preserved.

Note: User-added fields are not carried over automatically. It is stated in the Append Parcels tool's documentation (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/parcel/append-parcels.htm) that, "The schema of the input parcel fabric must match the schema of the target parcel fabric. User-added attribute fields should exist on the same parcel feature classes for both the input and target parcel fabric."
