漏洞
Editing the same version of the data stored in Oracle Database 12C or Oracle 11.2.0.3, other sessions fail to save edits after the first session saves edits. The process fails with the error,"The version has been redefined to reference a new database state."

The behavior is as expected, and not specific to the DBMS. The first edit session will not be able to save edits, if the version has been moved to another state by another edit session. Consider editing in different versions and reconcile-post scenarios.重现步骤
