This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.4 and 3.1.解决办法
For the error and behavior returns when using the Split tool and Edit Vertices tool with layers in a mobile geodatabase:
- Keep double-clicking when completing the split to complete it.
- Edit in file geodatabases to not return the error.
