This has been updated in the Esri basemaps: World Topographic, World Street, Dark and Light Canvas reference layers have this historic label of Chicago removed. USBGN has changed the name to Kenosha Metra Station. The Imagery with Labels (or Esri's Boundaries and Places layer) still has Chicago at two scales, but will be updated to correct the label.
