Downloading a shapefile in the Krovak projection (WKIDs 2065, 5221, 5513, and 5514) from ArcGIS Open Data in the default projection of WGS 1984 shows a shift in the location of the original data.

Marking this wontfix - we won’t be fixing any projection issues with the current downloads. The projection capability is in beta and projection issues will be fixed when we move to ArcGIS Online downloads.重现步骤
