Distributed collaboration sync fails for an item and returns the error message "You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation" when the owner of the distributed collaboration has a custom role and the item owner is a different member

解决办法

• Change the owner of the distributed collaboration group to a member with the default Administrator role. This is for the ArcGIS Enterprise portal where the referenced features are coming from.
• Change the owner of all referenced feature layers in the distributed collaboration group to the owner of the distributed collaboration group which is the member with the custom role.
