漏洞
Disabling editing on a layer in Map Viewer Beta returns the following error in ArcGIS Collector on iPhones, "Layer Not Offline Enabled."

解决办法
- No current workaround for this configuration other than not disabling editing.
- This issue does not occur if the map is not saved in Map Viewer Beta, and if used on ArcGIS Collector for Android.
