Dirty areas created by data loading cannot be validated unless a new dirty area is created and validated to the same extent.

解决办法

1. Make any edits to create a new dirty area.
2. Validate to the same extent as the new dirty area present. This successfully validates both the new dirty area and the bugged dirty area that previously would not validate.
