display units selected at creation time are applied correctly on creation of feature

解决办法

(1) Create a new style in the dimension feature class.(2) Provide a new name > OK > Text tab.(3) Set Display units to ANYTHING BUT the desired units > OK (then save the style).(4) Double-click the newly created style > Text tab.(5) Set Display units to <desired units>, click OK.(6) In the Feature Class Properties dialog window, click Apply.(7) Double-click the new style > Text tab, and confirm that Display units are set as desired.
