Although not visually pleasing, the select by attributes is actually reporting the more accurate value for what is actually stored in the data.解决办法
Workaround done in shapefile format by creating new field and specifying scale and precision then using field calculator to bring over values from old field to new field removes the extra digits in the select by attributes window.重现步骤
