Deploying ArcGIS Solutions Electric Distribution Data Management and opening the project package in ArcGIS Pro via the 'Open in ArcGIS Pro' option on the ArcGIS Online item details page returns the error message, "Failed to Open Project...Error: ProjectService::OpenProjectAsync Failed."

解决办法

1. Go to https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-solutions/overview and click Launch ArcGIS Solutions.
2. On the left-hand side column click Utilities > Electric > Electric Distribution Data Management for ArcGIS Online > Get Now.
3. Select the desired spatial reference (does not matter which one) and click Deploy Now.
4. After the solution is deployed, there is a new folder in the user's ArcGIS Online content named, Electric Distribution Data Management for ArcGIS Online.
5. Click the folder and view the item details for Electric Distribution Data Manager.
6. Click Download.
