Currently, the pop-up requires at least one element to be present. A workaround for this is to add a text element and a space, which causes the pop-up to appear empty in this scenario.

解决办法

Instead of deleting the entire 'Fields list' section, click this section and individually remove all of the fields from it. The 'Fields list' section displays 0/TotalNumber fields, and the field information does not show in the pop-up. This change is maintained when the web map is saved.
