This issue is not reproducible using Collector for ArcGIS (Windows) 18.0.2 with services hosted on ArcGIS Server 10.7.解决办法
Use one of the following options as a workaround:- Delete the field containing the subtype domain.
- Do not turn off the field.
- Publish to ArcGIS Online.
