Thank you for submitting this issue, and the team is sorry for the delayed response. At this time, there is no ability to specify the exact layer name for downloading hosted content. However, the team is working on universal improvements to the download system. One of these improvements includes fixes to the file name. At this time, for service-backed items that reference an ArcGIS Online hosted service, downloaded files have the name of the service with a unique hash based on any applied filters. For service-backed items that do not reference a service hosted in ArcGIS Online, the file is named using the item name. The team is working with the Esri platform to allow setting the file name using the layer name.重现步骤
