漏洞
Creating a feature class with a Date field that does not allow null values, and adding it as a feature service to the GeoForm Web Application template, automatically populates the Date entry form with 12/29/1899.

There is an option in the Geoform builder on the Fields tab. Click the gear icon next to the non-nullable field and check the checkbox for "Set this field with the current date and time". This should be handled by the app creator before distributing to app users.重现步骤
