Configuring an Arcade expression in a pop-up with the Replace function to replace an empty space (searchText) with replacementText that also contains an empty space character causes the web page to become unresponsive in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1.

This issue has been resolved as part of the release of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 (and newer versions). Upgrade to the latest version to take advantage of the associated fix as ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 is now in mature support and no longer eligible for patch support.重现步骤
