This is by design. When building the URL, it uses the raw date value in UNIX time because this is what is being returned by the query. In the pop-up, date is converted to local time for display only. It is recommended to use Arcade to convert or format the date to a string as needed.解决办法
Create a new text or string field and copy the values from the date field.
