Complex geometries are not drawn properly when multi-scale is enabled in ArcGIS Online.

解决办法

• Explode the dataset from multipart to single part. Refer to, https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/explode-a-multipart-feature.htm.
• Use a tile layer.
