Clustering a FeatureLayer published with a UniqueValueRenderer using icon symbols results in symbols with one feature appearing larger than a cluster with multiple features.

This is by design. Single features are not clustered, so they are assigned the size of the symbol defined by the developer. In this app, the size of the unique value symbol is larger than the minSize of the cluster variable (the cluster visual variable is not public to app devs).重现步骤
