漏洞
Clicking the 'Query' results in Web AppBuilder continuously zooms in to the result when using a dynamic map service as a basemap. When using a cached map service as a basemap, clicking the query result first pans to the result, a subsequent click zooms in only once. This appears to be the desired functionality.
