漏洞
Changing between a projections using the NAD_1983 and NAD_1983_HARN datums without applying a transformation results in about a 2 feet shift instead of about 3 inches in mosaic datasets in ArcMap 10.4.

This issue can be resolved by applying a transformation when using different datums.解决办法
- Apply the appropriate transformation to the data frame.
- Keep the data frame in the same datum as the data.
- Reproject the data.
