LAS Dataset is not able to read the linear unit geo-key in the LAS file. Please refer to the workaround.
解决办法
Use a filter to "remove_all_vlrs" with LASTools or other program to convert the LAS file. Note from Raghav (8/26/2013):When a LAS file is being rejected by the LAS Dataset, you can inspect the LAS file for correctness using a utility called CheckLAS:http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=e49eaa594fb04f7f8827915345a255aaIt appears that the LAS Dataset "Failed to read LAS linear unit geo-key" from the LAS file. It is not uncommon that LAS files may have incorrect or sometimes incomplete geo-ref information in them. The reason it worked in a previous release is because our validation of geo-reference information was not very robust before. And Mosaic dataset is perhaps not doing the same strict validations as the LAS Dataset. There are two workarounds:1) Add a .prj file next to the LAS file to override the geo-ref information in the LAS file.2) Rewrite the LAS file with correct geo-referencing information. Please refer to these custom tools on the resource center:http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=d8782286e3c9442bb5c244bf39da5966http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=20ad599285184fe28594b617dc399b87
