Certain graphics cards cause ArcGIS Pro to minimize or crash when the 'Authorize ArcGIS Pro to work offline' option is enabled while on a concurrent license with borrowing disabled.

This issue is no longer reproducible. When 'Allow License Borrowing' is unchecked in license manager, the option to authorize ArcGIS Pro to work offline is grayed out in the user interface.重现步骤
