Cannot log in to http://localhost/ArcGIS/baserver/REST/login.aspx path after installing and configuring Business Analyst Server 10 and Desktop 10 on VM (virtual machine). Error message returned is: "The login attempt failed because ArcGIS Server security is not configured properly."
