解决办法
See http://resources.arcgis.com/content/kbase?fa=articleShow&d=37983 for details and repair utility. Also as of 10:55 am on Monday, July 12, 2010, the ISOs on the ArcGIS download pages were updated to correct this problem. In the ArcSDE Personal installation folder, instead of installing from the 'Setup.exe', browse to either the 32-bit or 64-bit folders (depending on your machine) and initialize the installation from the ArcSDESetupSqlExpressPersonal.exe in this folder. Installing from there automatically creates the necessary authorization entry in the Windows Registry and the problem is avoided. If already installed from the Setup, can still do the same to fix the problem. Run the 'ArcSDESetupSqlExpressPersonal.exe' from the 32-bit or 64-bit folder, uncheck the option to install SQL Server Express, enter the instance name and user to connect. Click Next and then Finish. The entry is then created in the Windows Registry and can create geodatabases in the instance.
