Business Analyst Online fails to create sites with drive time areas when at least one point in the data set is located where there is no streets or roads within a 20 km distance.

解决办法

1. Make sure that no points without a street within 20 km are on the data that is used to create sites.
2. Do not generate drive time areas and use the Save only points option.
3. Add the data to ArcGIS Online, create drive time areas and use the result layer from ArcGIS Online in Business Analyst Online.
