漏洞
Attempting to reset the password for an account in ArcGIS Monitor fails and returns the following error message, “Cannot initiate password recovery User profile missing password recover security question- please contact your administrator” when the security question is not set.

解决办法
Set the security question right after the account is created by using the following steps:
- Navigate to ArcGIS Monitor Server.
- Click My Profile.
- Click Edit for the security question and set one up. Any attempt to reset the password after this is successful.
