Attempting to publish a hosted feature service with custom coordinate systems set within Map Properties: Coordinate Systems in ArcGIS Pro fails with severe error "Core Server call to create service failed" and "Error 001369" in ArcGIS Server logs.

For successful publishing, set one of the following scenarios within Map Properties: Coordinate Systems of ArcGIS Pro map:
- Standard Current XY, Standard Current Z.
- Custom Current XY, No Current Z (Custom or Esri-provided).
