解决办法

Silently authorize ArcGIS Engine using the secure ESLF file with the following command line:"C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcGIS\bin\SoftwareAuthorization.exe" -s -ver 10.5 -password abc123 -lif"\\PATHTOFILE\secureLicense_243654.eslf" –verbose.
